Code of Conduct

1. General Behaviour

  • Respect Everyone: Show respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students. Repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension or permanent termination from the tuition center.
  • Punctuality: Students must arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start of each class. If the student is late or not attending the classes on time, no make-up sessions will be provided in any case.
  • No Disruptions: Avoid talking, using phones, or causing distractions during lessons. Continued disruptions will result in further consequences.
  • Proper Attire: Wear neat, modest, and appropriate clothing at all times. Avoid shorts, ripped or patched pants, and chappals. Only proper shoes are allowed.

2. Academic Conduct

  • Be Prepared: Ensure students bring all necessary books, notebooks, and stationery to every class. Failure to do so may affect their academic performance, for which the institute cannot be held responsible.
  • Complete Homework: Students must complete homework and submit assignments on time to ensure steady academic progress. Delays or failures in submission may negatively impact their grades, for which the institute cannot be held responsible.
  • No Cheating: Students are expected to uphold honesty during all tests and assessments. Any instance of cheating will lead to strict disciplinary action.
  • Ask Questions Respectfully: Students are encouraged to participate actively and politely in class discussions. Any form of misbehavior will result in appropriate disciplinary action.

3. Use of Electronic Devices

  • Mobile Use Restricted: Mobile phones must remain on silent or turned off during class time unless explicitly allowed by the teacher for learning activities. Unauthorized use will lead to disciplinary consequences.
  • No Recording: Recording classes or taking photos without explicit permission is strictly forbidden. Any such actions will lead to serious disciplinary measures.
  • Digital Notebooks: Students are allowed to use iPads and other digital notebooks for taking notes during sessions with prior permission from the management.

4. Classroom Etiquette

  • Keep Clean: Students are required to keep the classroom clean and free of litter at all times. Cleanliness is everyone's responsibility.
  • No Food or Drinks: Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the classroom unless approved by a teacher or management. These activities are only allowed in outdoor areas.

5. Attendance & Leave

  • Regular Attendance: Attending all scheduled classes is mandatory. Absences will not be excused, and no make-up classes or special assistance will be provided unless it is pre-approved leave. If a student misses a class due to personal reasons, it will still be counted for fee calculation.
  • Inform in Advance: In case of absence, students must inform the management beforehand. Failure to do so may result in denial of doubt classes or academic support.
  • Make-Up Classes: Any missed class must be pre-approved by the management to be eligible for a make-up session. The make-up class must be completed within the same calendar month. Failure to attend within the given timeframe will result in forfeiture, with no adjustment or carry-forward allowed. Rescheduling will not be entertained.

6. Vacations and Public Holidays

The institute will remain closed on public holidays as decided by the government. Any regular classes or doubt sessions falling on such dates will be treated as holidays, and no compensatory classes will be conducted.

The institute will also be closed for 1 month during summer vacations and 15 days during winter vacations. The exact dates will be decided by the management and communicated to parents through official channels.

7. Disciplinary Actions

Consequences for Misbehavior: Repeated violations may lead to warnings, parental involvement, or suspension from the tuition center.
