1. Introduction
Please read the refund policy carefully before signing the document. By enrolling in the
course,
the parent/guardian agrees to abide by the terms stated herein.
2. Cooling-Off Period (15 Days)
- A refund may be requested within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of
admission ("Cooling-Off Period") in the event the parent/guardian choose to
discontinue the classes.
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only through the original mode of payment
used at the time of admission.
- The refundable amount shall be calculated after deducting applicable charges as
detailed in this policy.
3. No Refund After Cooling-Off Period
- Upon expiry of the fifteen (15) day Cooling-Off Period, all amounts paid towards
admission, tuition fees, and installments shall be strictly non-refundable.
- No refund shall be granted on the grounds of non-attendance, partial attendance,
voluntary withdrawal, transfer, or any other reason whatsoever after the Cooling-Off
Period.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following amounts are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Registration fee.
- Online payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and applicable taxes for payments
made through digital/online modes.
- Any administrative or processing charges incurred by the Institute.
5. Deductions Applicable During Cooling-Off Period
- An amount equivalent to fifteen (15) days' tuition fee shall be deducted from the
installment paid.
- Any discounts, concessions, scholarships, or promotional benefits granted at the
time of admission shall be adjusted and deducted from the refundable amount.
- Applicable taxes and transaction charges shall be deducted as stated above.
6. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable period as determined by the
Institute's administrative procedures.
- The Institute reserves the right to verify all details before processing any refund
request.
